What type of car can use this service?

The car that we provide parking service for

    ​Vehicles with a height not exceeding 2.0m

    ​The vehicle must have Rego and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance covering the entire service period

    ​The vehicle must have comprehensive car insurance covering the entire period of service
  • –
    ​The insurance policy above must not name the driver
What to do if the car has an accident while in our care?

    ​In the event that a vehicle accident occurs during pick-up/drop-off, we will use the vehicle's Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • –
    ​In this case, our employee was not at fault; the accident was the responsibility of the other party
  • –
    ​In the event that our employee is at fault, we will use the vehicle's Comprehensive Car Insurance, and we will be responsible for the standard excess amount paid to the insurance company
